- Sales Support If you have pre-sales question, have a problem with your order you already placed or a billing issue, please open a Sales Ticket. You may learn how to open a sales ticket or if you already know how to open and read the status of the ticket, simply open a sales ticket.
- Lost Registration Codes If you have lost your registration code(s), it is important for you to read the information you must submit for us so that we may find your registration code(s). Therefore please read: How to submit a Lost Registration Codes ticket before you attempt to open the ticket. If you already know how to open and read the status of the ticket, simply open a Support -Registration Codes ticket.
Note: If you want to speak to a person, open a ticket and request a phone call back in the details section by including your phone number, your time zone and best time to call you. If you do not receive a live person, please do not leave a message. We do not call back based on messages left. You will not receive a call back. Please also note that registration codes are never given out over the phone. Opening a tickets with the proper department and explaining the issue has fastest responses.

You only need to do this once, but it needs to be done. Purchasing or downloading any of our products / services does not automatically register you. This includes the symbols you see to the right of the submit form. These symbols prevent spam on our forms.
